Returns Policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 


Additional non-returnable items: 

- Gift cards 

- Downloadable software products 

- Some health and personal care items 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Book with obvious signs of use 

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email audiaozysxq@gmail.com and send your item to. 


Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returneditem.


General return conditions


You have the right to return the goods within 30 days without giving any reason. The return period is 30 calendar days after 0:00 on the second day after you receive the product.

If you are not satisfied with our products and want to return and refund. Please Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return & refund process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy). Please do not send the goods back without our consent and no money will be refunded. After 30 days we will not take it back.


The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item. If you would like to return one or all of the items in your order, please contact our customer service under Contact to get the return address.

* Please do not send the package back to the address on the package as it is not our return address. The address on the package is the warehouse address of the logistics company that works with us.


* Please write down your name and your order number on a piece of paper and post it together with the item, then send all the items back via USPS and give us the tracking number.


* All returned items will be checked. We will process the refund once we have received the return package and can confirm that the product has the issues mentioned.


* The refund will be back to your paypal account within 24 hours, if you paid with debit- or credit card, you can get the money back to your account within 3-15 working days. It depends on the processing time of your bank. Please pay attention to the situation where the refund arrives in the account. We are not obligated or able to provide you with an accurate time when the money arrives in the account.


Damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items


We will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Contact directly for assistance with processing your return.


 Who pays for the shipping costs when making the return?


If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition we will pay the return shipping fee.


If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.


If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it back, the postage needs to be borne by you.


ivisionaris offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Customers are able to return new and unused products in original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by ivisionaris with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for returning shipping cost, sufficiently packing, insuring, and returning the item in "new" condition; used products will not be accepted. The DIY Outlet will either replace the item with an identical product or issue a full refund.


chroniquins items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection.

We recommend that you insure packages being chroniquins for your protection, as customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment.

Returned merchandise that is damaged upon receipt will not be credited.

Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost.

Custom displays and customized products, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics are non-refundable.
